We recommend that you keep this mist by your bed, so that once you're ready to sleep you can use it easily. Spray over your pillows and sheets. Breathe deeply and welcome deep, restful sleep.

Lemon - Strong anti-aging and antioxidant effects help reduce skin's cell and tissue damage. The Lemon scent can improve concentration.

Bergamot - Besides being a popular scent for reducing anxiety and insomnia, it has anti-inflammatory & pain reduction properties. 

Eucalyptus - It is commonly used as an antiseptic and can also help protect the skin’s natural barrier and provide inflammation relief.

Ginger - Highly regarded for a healthy digestive system & to boost the immune system. It is said to reduce fatigue & be an anti-inflammatory.
