Capsules-  

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 – 4 capsules after meals, 3 times a day with water.

Powder- 

Adults & children over 12: 1 level teaspoon mixed into a glass of water and drunk immediately. Make sure you rinse your mouth with clean water afterwards to remove any residue.

For teeth: Put a small amount of powder into the palm of your hand. Use a wet toothbrush and dip it into powder, and then gently brush for 2 minutes. Rinse and then brush again with  toothpaste to remove residue.


Activated Charcoal - Derived from coconuts, has been shown to reduce intestinal gas production and accumulation.

100% Activated Charcoal (food grade). Capsules: Vegetable cellulose, 300mg per capsule.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Naturally free from gluten and wheat. No artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners or fillers.
