Flow CBD was inspired by that feeling of being fully immersed in an activity that you lose track of time, or as the founder's put it 'the simplest form of Flow'.
They've always had a passion for helping people, which started when they worked as lifeguards at local beaches in Northern Ireland and even travelled to New Zealand to save lives internationally.
