Ideally used an hour or two before bed. For a standard sized bath tub use 25-50g which is roughly between half and a full cup. Pour the salts into a warm running bath and gently stir the water to dissolve all the grains. Step in, sit back and soak away your thoughts.

CBD - extracted from Californian-grown hemp into isolate form with zero THC.

Majoram - Used to promote better blood circulation to help with weak, stiff, injured or tired muscles.

Chamomile - Known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties as well as its calming, sleep inducing effect. 

Lemon - Strong anti-aging and antioxidant effects help reduce skin's cell and tissue damage. The Lemon scent can improve concentration.
