    Designed for everyday use. We recommend 1-3 drops,  twice a day. Take a moment for yourself and hold the drops under the tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing. We encourage you to use this product in a way that works best for you but do not exceed stated daily recommended dose  (each drop is approximately 1.5mg). 

    Remember everyone's bodies are different. Some people report an immediate response, and for others it can take longer. Avoid using during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, and should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

    CBD - extracted from agricultural hemp from selected farms in the subalpine region of Europe using supercritical CO2 and containing ZERO THC.

    MCT Coconut Oil - Coconuts are a rich source of natural MCT oils which are easily digested chains of fats which makes them a great carrier for CBD oil.

    Peppermint Oil - The cooling nature is used to reduce skin irritations and is often used as treatment for a variety of digestive problems.
