Designed for everyday use. We recommend taking 1-4 drops, several times throughout the day. Take a moment for yourself and hold the drops under the tongue for 90 seconds before swallowing. We encourage you to use this product in a way that works best for you but do not exceed stated daily recommended dose of 100mg, or 20 drops (each drop is approximately 5mg). 

Remember everyone's bodies are different. Some people report an immediate response, and for others it can take longer. 



CBD - European-sourced Hemp in isolate form with zero THC       Ashwagandha - Can help negate stress on the body and help the body with stress, anxiety and sleeplessness.

Chamomile - Known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties as well as its calming, sleep inducing effect. 

Peppermint - The cooling nature is used to reduce skin irritations and is often used as treatment for a variety of digestive problems. 

Vitamin B - Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while also supporting the immune system and contributing to normal red blood cell formation.

Vitamin D - Naturally gained from sun exposure as well as oily fish and red meat, it is needed to keep the bones, teeth and muscles healthy as it regulates calcium and phosphate levels.
