CBD Oil:  These CBD drops should be placed under your tongue and held there for 60 seconds before swallowing. This allows the CBD to directly enter the bloodstream which increasing the bioavailability (the amount of active ingredient absorbed per dose).

Balm: This balm is deeply nourishing yet easily absorbed, so a little goes along way. Simply warm a small amount in the palms of your hands then massage into the effected areas. Localised application can offer relief from muscular aches and sprains. It can also be used on burns, cuts, bruises and bites as well as aiding the regeneration of scar tissue and stretch marks.  For external use only. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Massage Oil: This oil can be used directly onto the body, or used as a bath oil. Squeeze a few pipettes onto the body, and massage into skin using light, sweeping strokes. If you’re taking a bath, squeeze one or two full pipettes into running water and breathe deeply to relax. For external use only. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Roll On: Apply the roll on to your wrists and inhale deeply to help clear the sinuses and the mind. It can also be massaged into temples and lymph glands to ease tiredness as well as usedon sore joints and tender tissues to offer much-needed relief. For external use only.
