Apply the roll on to your wrists and inhale deeply to help clear the sinuses and the mind. It can also be massaged into temples and lymph glands to ease tiredness as well as on sore joints and tender tissues to offer much-needed relief.

For external use only. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Rosehip- can protect againt environmental damage. Also used as an anti-aging agent as it has rich moisturising, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Peppermint - The cooling nature is used to reduce skin irritations and is often used as treatment for a variety of digestive problems.
