For best results we recommend you use the balm on problem areas at least once a day. It can take up to 2 hours from application to feel the theraputic warming and cooling effect of the balm.

Remember everyone's bodies are different. Some people report an immediate response, and for others it can take longer. Avoid using during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, and should not be a substitute for a varied diet. Consult your doctor if skin irritation occurs.

Tea Tree - A calming scent, benefitial for healthy immune function, clear skin and overall wellness. Also a natural antiseptic.

Eucalyptus - It is commonly used as an antiseptic and can also help protect the skin’s natural barrier and provide inflammation relief.

Arnica - Proven to have anti-inflammatory and pain relieving qualities. It can also help reduces the signs of bruises and scars.

Limonene - Found in the peel of citrus fruit, the scent is used for its calming nature. It has shown anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
