For a standard sized bath tub use 25-50g which is roughly between half and a full cup. Pour the salts into a warm running bath and gently stir the water to dissolve all the grains. Step in, sit back and soak away your stress.

CBD Isolate - made from Hemp and with no THC.

Ylang Ylang - Can bring about restful sleep as well as being nourishing and helpful in reducing inflammation.

Lavender - As well as its relaxation & mood-enhancing aroma, it can also encourage skin healing, reduce inflammation & soothe pain.

Bergamot - Besides being a popular scent for reducing anxiety and insomnia, it has anti-inflammatory & pain reduction properties. 

Rosewood - Highly effective with improving sleep and easing anxiety, it can also help with reducing minor pain and inflammation.
