Apply 5 to 20 sprays to area of concern in the morning and at night and lightly massage into the skin. We recommend that you use the oil after a shower or bath to aid better absorption.


Dosage wise, 10 sprays equates to 212mg of pure magnesium (57% of recommended intake).
