Take 2 capsules daily with water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Use only as directed. Not recommended for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children.

Amalaki Fruit - rich in Vit C and is a natural anti-inflammatory. Suggested to help with digestion, metabolism and normal liver function.

Amalaki Fruit Organic (Emblica Officinalis). 500 mg of herb per capsule.
