Designed for everyday use. We recommend 4-5 drops, up to three times a day. Take a moment for yourself and hold the drops under the tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing. We encourage you to use this product in a way that works best for you but do not exceed 70mg per day (each drop is approximately 5mg). Remember everyone's bodies are different. Some people report an immediate response, and for others it can take longer. 

Ginger - Highly regarded for a healthy digestive system & to boost the immune system. It is said to reduce fatigue & be an anti-inflammatory.

Echinacea - Commonly known for its cold-fighting abilities and high in antioxidants, also linked to reduced inflammation .

Shiitake Mushroom - To boost the immune system and decrease inflammation, whilst also known to have anti-aging properties.

Goldenseal - Highly valued for its anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and gentle immune boosting effects.
